The focus of this present study was the ranking factors (assessment importance) by employees and managers. Studying these is special importance in concluding which internal external motivators are mostly evaluated employees. It recommends to managers where put emphasis meet employees’ expectations. Factors that public sector involved include: good salaries (10), employee loyalty (9), feeling job diverse interesting (8); those less supervistor’s help with personal issues (1) being included organization (2).
